JPID is a consulting and business partner company that creates sustainable “lifestyle investment” projects.
We promote construction projects in Japan and Indonesia (Jakarta and Bali), participating in planning, design, construction and operation and providing support to the client (business companies and investors). Assumes the role of construction department partner within the project team and is responsible for OBM, ODM and OEM operations management. Proposes and constructs optimum building systems based on the project’s business model, and remains committed to the client’s business activities while continuously innovating new value.
We are a consulting & business partner company promoting construction projects in Japan and Indonesia. In advancing the project, we will promote the project focused on solving problems that increase the social value of each stakeholder.
Based on the above philosophy, we will carry out construction project direction, building design, and construction management work. In addition, we participate in the project including the pre-and post-construction stages such as project planning and operation and play the role of a construction department partner in the project team of the client (operating company/investor).

| Takeo Fujimoto, Founder Project Developer & Partner 1st class Architect in Japan Agung Budi Hartanto, Local partner of Indonesia PT.Mitra Kokusai Indonesia, President Director After graduating from Kyushu University Graduate School (MSc. in Electrical Information Engineering), worked as a semiconductor designer at Panasonic in Japan, and then worked for a Japanese equipment construction company and a design consultant company in Indonesia before assuming his current position. He is active as an investor in Indonesian real estate and AI utilization. |
